Brian helped my wife and I with buying our home two years ago. this was the fourth mortgage i have applied for and by far the most seamless of all of them. I even reached out to Brian several months ago to inquire about refinancing. instead of just trying to sell me a mortgage, he told me to sit tight and wait for rates to drop further. Brian will always be my first stop when looking for a lender.

Super unfortunate experience we had a while back trying to work with this broker. My husband and I were moving across the country and were really stressed about the whole situation. We got told we didn’t qualify for any amount for VA loan. I’m a service member and was not educated in the VA loan process at all so believed what I was being told. My husband and I then had to look at rentals which was really discouraging… 2 months go by and we finally get our start dates for our jobs in Georgia and we reach out to a different realtor and use a different mortgage broker… suddenly we qualify for our dream house and we aren’t treated as if we can’t afford anything. We closed on a house 30 days after working with a different broker with zero issues. Just be aware of what you’re qualified before hand is all I can say!
